Curtis Daggs serves as Aerial Data Service, Inc.’s Certified Pilot and Aerial Imagery Acquisition Specialist.  He received training at Spartan School of Aeronautics in Jenks, Oklahoma.  He also attended the Delta Connection Academy specializing in Pilot Procedures for Instrument Rating and Commercial Ground Operations in Sanford, Florida, as well as receiving Part 61 Flight Training for Commercial ME Land.  He has licenses through the Federal Aviation Administration for Commercial Pilot, Flight Instructor, Ground Instructor and has his FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operators Permit, as well as an Advanced Ground School Instructor Certificate. He joined the Aerial Data Service staff in 2015 as the Chief Pilot in our flight department with over ten years of flight experience including approximately 2,000 hours in the role of aerial survey pilot.  He oversees flight missions and coordinating with local and distant aviation authorities for entry into various airspace. He is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of ADS’s Piper Navajo aircraft.  He previously worked as the Assistant Chief Instructor at a Part 141 school performing introductory flight screenings for the Navy. His previous experience also included extensive survey experience in both LiDAR and camera platforms throughout the United States including Washington D.C. airspace and the Caribbean.
